Duo of great pastry chefs for a gourmet summer From June 11 to September 12, 2021
Albertine's, the bar and its terrace with breathtaking views overlooking the lake and Jet d'eau, expands its menu of sweet delights. Pastry Chefs Yohan Coiffard of Beau-Rivage Genève and Philippe Rigollot, 2005 World Pastry Champion and 2007 French craftsperson of the year, combine their talents for the duration of the summer to create an exquisite sweet menu.
Signed Philippe Rigollot, the menu suggests four signature pastries, one pastry creation by the talented duo as well as three refreshing ice-cream coupes. Peach, vanilla speculoos chocolate, salted butter caramel, red fruits and crystallised violets flowers... Freshness with sweet delicacy is guaranteed at Beau-Rivage Geneva this summer.
