LEARN ABOUT THE ART OF FINE DINING WITH THE MICHELIN STAR AWARDED CHEF DOMINIQUE GAUTHIER

In the heart of the Chat-Botté’s kitchen, the gourmet restaurant of Beau-Rivage – Michelin star and 18/20 Gault & Millau – you will learn to prepare one of the dishes from the seasonal menu, selected beforehand by the Chef.

At the end of the class you will taste your dish and get expert advice to repeat the experience at home!

• Classes are available from 2 persons and up to a maximum of 8 participants

LEARN ABOUT THE ART OF WINE TASTING AND ITS COMBINATIONS

With a sommelier from the team at Le Chat-Botté restaurant (1 Michelin star, 18/20 at Gault&Millau).

Tasting of a sparkling wine, a white wine, a red wine, a sweet wine.

Each wine will be tasted, explained and served with a meal from the restaurant Le Chat-Botté.
