How to make a delicious Pad Thaï?

  • Mix the ingredients in a food processor, then season and sauté in a pan or saucepan with a little oil for 15 minutes until the mixture begins to be homogeneous.
  • Tamarind sauce preparation
  • Boil the ingredients together until a syrupy texture is obtained
  • To garnish your Phad Thai with chicken or shrimp as desired, cook the chicken (cut into strips) or shrimp in a pan with a little oil, then add the shrimp sauce.
  • Heat the pan with very little oil, fry the onion, add the cooked noodles and a little water and then add the shrimp sauce.
  • Stir until everything is smooth and noodles are cooked through and set aside.
  • Cook the eggs in the same pan, then pour the noodle mixture over them.
  • Mix everything together, garnish with the soya sprouts and peanuts, cook for a while to cook the soya sprouts.
