Learn about the art of fine dining with the Michelin star awarded Chef Dominique Gauthier

In the heart of the Chat-Botté’s kitchen, the gourmet restaurant of Beau-Rivage – Michelin star and 18/20 Gault & Millau – you will learn to prepare one of the dishes from the seasonal menu, selected beforehand by the Chef.

At the end of the class you will taste your dish and get expert advice to repeat the experience at home!

• Classes are available from 2 persons and up to a maximum of 8 participants
• Weekdays and under reservation only, from 16h to 18h30
