The Christmas season is fast approaching, the Pastry Chef Yohan Coiffard is happy to introduce you his new Yule log. This year, he aims the summits with an dessert inspired by the majestic snowy peaks, decorated with delicious little Christmas trees representing an enchanted forest.
A subtle blend of flavours and textures, «Les sommets du Mont-Blanc» wrap themselves in a thick coat of chocolate. The light kalamansi mousse cloak a chocolate mousse heart from Trinité Tabago with a creamy sesame praline.
A creation with mesmerizing flavors that will delight the palate and exhilarate the senses!
